  Stewarton Tennis Club

1) The Club accepts no responsibility for unsupervised juniors.

2) Members to fit Club ID racket tags to racket strings.

3) Sports shoes / trainers to be worn on courts.

4) Four players per court maximum.

5) Spectators must be outside the fence.

6) Doubles to be played if courts are very busy.

7) Litter to be placed in bin provided and not left on court.

8) Gate to be shut on leaving.

9) Bullying or intimidation will not be tolerated by the Club

10) Football colours not to worn on Club premises.

11) Juniors have no access to the Clubhouse unless a adult is present

12) Lost property is disposed of on a monthly basis by the Club.

13) If members are queuing then play on court should be restricted to 40 mins (with the exception of Club Matches, Mini-Leagues, or coaching sessions).

 

Complaints, Disciplinary, and Appeals Procedure:

The court rules are based on trust. If you see or suspect any abuse of the code then please contact a committee member or email: info@stewartontennis.org

In the event of a complaint then the committee shall meet to discuss the incident allowing the member(s) concerned  to present the facts. The committee shall discuss and vote on the matter and subsequently have the power to suspend or exclude membership to anyone found to be in breach of the Code of Conduct.

An Appeal can be lodged by the member(s) concerned at the next scheduled committee meeting as per the Club Timetable.
